fantastic hotel stay!!!
immediate attention friendly staff excellent view accommodating staff
I checked in early and received immediate attention. the staff offered cava while preparing my room. i had booked a terrace room. The views were excellent. all staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially rose, who secured a refund for a missed ride.
The gym was not very big. If there were multiple people, it may have been a squeeze.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views

The staff was very cute and helpful, always ready to assist. I was promptly checked in upon arrival and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. The view of the city from my room was amazing. I especially liked watching the sunset. The soft sheets on the bed.
I found that the location was quite far from the city center, requiring reliance on taxis or personal transport.

I checked in early and they accommodated me immediately. I was offered a glass of local cava while my room got ready. I had booked a terrace room. It featured lovely views of the city.

dated room loud neighbors
the breakfast was decent.
The room felt dated. Some furniture pieces had visible wear. the walls also showed scuff marks. i heard noise through the walls. My neighbors were very loud.

underwhelming stay on the hill
sink drainage obstructed view
my stay weren't the best. the bathroom sink barely drained, so brushing my teeth became a small flood hazard. also, the promised city view i paid extra for? mostly a view of the parking lot and some trees. i expected more.

helpful staff very nice views delicious food
The staff was helpful. They assisted my wife while i was hospitalized. the views overlooking the city were very nice, and i found the food to be delicious. the outdoor pool was heated which i found very pleasant.
the location is a bit remote, and reaching the city center required some travel. but this was a very minor inconvenience

attentive service room service noise issues limited plug
The room was spacious enough. The breakfast buffet included sufficient choices and attentive service. I also found the room service to be fast and accurate. The staff was always available. Views were excellent from my room.
I had issues with noise. I could clearly hear my neighbors even when all windows were closed. I found only one plug available for three appliances, a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine.
